The present conditions aim to define the General Conditions of Sale between the KGLOB and the User, from the act of purchase to the various services provided by KGLOB, such as payment methods and order delivery conditions.

Orders:

In order to successfully complete your order, certain personal data such as your e-mail address, name, address, telephone, etc. will be required. The User must fill in all mandatory fields for this purpose.

When making an online purchase, the User expresses his acceptance, fully and completely, of the general conditions of sale, prices and description of the products contemplated in this transaction. These general conditions of sale will be the only ones applicable between the two parties. In the absence of product availability, the KGLOB undertakes to inform the User and to refund it in the amount paid within approximately 15 (fifteen) days, counting from the date of knowledge of such unavailability.

Deliveries:

For addresses in mainland Portugal and Spain, delivery is made within 2 working days after the order is shipped.

Azores, Madeira, Europe and countries outside Europe the estimated delivery time is 5 working days (after dispatch).

All order receipts must be signed as proof of the same. Upon receipt, the customer becomes responsible for the order, even if it is received by someone else at the address indicated.

If the customer is mistaken at the address, do not pick up the order within the stipulated time or intend to exchange a product, the shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. You must collect the order within the stipulated period. If not, your order will be returned to KGLOB and later we will contact you, a refund will be added to this return, which will be borne by the customer. We do not refund the value of the order. We will send the order again to an address you indicate. The shipping costs and fees applied will not be refunded and the shipping costs and return fees will be borne by the customer.

Payment:

THE KGLOB you have at your disposal payment methods by Multibanco Reference, MbWay, Paypal and Credit or Debit Card, according to those existing in the User's country of residence.

In Portugal, you can pay for your purchases through the ATM network or over the Internet with your bank's Homebanking service. The payment data are generated after the order is completed and these differ depending on the payment method you choose. Orders have a payment period of 24 hours, after this period, it will be automatically canceled by the website.

Pricing policy:

Prices must be understood in euros, with taxes and fees included. All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force. THE KGLOB reserves the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice.

Exchanges:

You can exchange your order within 15 days from the day you received the order. In order to comply with the deadline, in case of exchange, the communication about the exchange of the purchase must be made before the corresponding term ends. If the item arrives after this deadline, it will be returned to the customer, after payment of the reshipment fees. This communication must be done through our email customers@kglob.eu, you will have to wait for a response, explaining how to proceed in case of exchange.

In the event that this exchange is not due to causes attributable to the KGLOB as, other supposed characteristics, or that are due to changes of opinion, or error on the part of the customer at the time of purchase, the customer must be responsible for sending the products in perfect condition with the respective labels, without any unjustifiable delay. and within 15 days, counting from the day the order was received. We do not accept the exchange or returns of items if the term exceeds the mentioned.

Shipping costs are not borne by the KGLOB, except for foreseen exceptions (error in packaging or defect of the article).

The customer has the same period of 15 days (from the date of completion of the order) to communicate which new item you want to exchange, if this does not happen, the item will be returned to the customer after payment of the shipping costs.

THE KGLOB reserves the right not to accept returns of food and beverages.

Right not to accept the order or cancel the purchase:

THE KGLOB reserves the right to cancel any order, even if it has already been confirmed, in the following situations, exempt from liability for any damages or costs:

  • The product is no longer available (payments will be returned);
  • The billing information is not correct or verifiable;
  • The order is flagged by our Security Systems as an incorrect order or an order susceptible to fraud;
  • Payment will not be received within 3 calendar days after order acceptance;
  • If we have evidence that the consumer is under the age of 18.
  • If we have evidence that the consumer is not an end consumer.
  • If we find that the price indicated on the website is wrong.
  • If it is not possible to deliver the order to the respective address.

It is called Newsletter, e-mailings, promotional offers, institutional newsletters and information about the company sent directly to the User's mailbox. He can manage his newsletter subscription in his customer account at the online store KGLOB.

The Newsletter KGLOB is an exclusive of the brand's website KGLOB.
