Registration in the KGLOB allows you to know firsthand all our news and have access to special campaigns. You can also finalize your purchases with greater speed and convenience.
How do I register?
Just access the "Login / Register" area and fill in your details. Your password is automatically sent
How do I place my order?
To place your order just browse the categories or use the magnifying glass to search for the product and then add it to the cart. Check all your purchases and checkout, finalizing the purchase.
How can I pay?
For your convenience we have the following payment solutions: ATM reference, Paypal and credit card.
I placed the order but do not have the product in stock, what happens?
If any product is not available at the moment, we will contact you, offering you a superior product or refunding the money, if you prefer.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
The order will be shipped as soon as possible within a 72-hour limit, unless stock is out of order and will be delivered by carrier.
In mainland Portugal it is delivered on the working day following dispatch.
For Europe, orders up to 5kg will always be sent by DHL and will be delivered within 48 hours after dispatch.
Orders over 5 kg and up to 30 kg, the customer has two options to choose from for transportation:
DHL - The order will be shipped by air and will be delivered no later than 48 hours after dispatch.
Chronopost (DPD Group) - The order will be shipped by land and will be delivered between the 4th and 7th day, depending on the delivery address, after dispatch.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
We guarantee the quality of our products, but if you are not satisfied, for some reason, you can return the order in accordance with current legislation.
